Daily Summary
Concentrated on the check in and check out and all the paperwork associated with that today at work. Used our free time to get some shopping from the numerous shops in the city centre.
Learning & Positive Aspects of the Day
Had plenty of practice with checking in, checking out and billing of guests so feeling quite confident to carry this out on my own.
Challenges Encountered
Ensuring that all paperwork was correct while dealing with other tasks a the same time.
Self-Evaluation
Happy that I am doing my job well and the fact that they let me do that on my own reinforced this.
Cultural
Visited the cathedral and Plaza Bib-Rambla.
