Daily Summary
First day managing alone without supervision and managed surprisingly well. In the evening we took a walk through the old streets to an authentic old craft brewery.

Managed all the tasks expected of me today competentily and on time, impressing both the myself and the manager equally.
Challenges Encountered
Having to complete all tasks and in the right order without the benefit of a schedule.
Self-Evaluation
Pleasantly surprised by how quickly I got into the rhythm of the work placement.
Cultural
Wandered around the narrow old streets to visit a brewery which brewed several craft beers. We got to sample a selection of these, pale ale, Ipa and porter, while listening to live music.
