Daily Summary
Today was my first day of work experience in Granada. I was taken to the Parque Alumin by Magdelena and shown around. I was introduced to my supervisor Raffaella. I was given my work times and shown where to change into my uniform.
Learning & Positive Aspects of the Day
I got to meet with all of the service users of the center and meet new people.
Challenges Encountered
language barrier – No-one in my work placement spoke English so i found that it was a big challenge. Thank god for google translate.
Self-Evaluation
I was very anxious about starting my work placement and getting to and from work by bus alone. Also the language barrier was a big worry to me but i was very happy with how things went today.
